Founded in 1986, The Super Poly Partnership is a Western Canadian supplier of high quality commercial and agricultural poly products. A financially strong, dynamic and growing organization, The Super Poly Partnership currently has offices located in Edmonton, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg.
Our Winnipeg branch is seeking an energetic person to fill the role of Territory Sales Manager.
Duties
- To generate new business by effectively marketing our products, services, and capabilities to prospective customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service
- Generate leads by making cold-calls, and utilizing referral networks, trade-shows, and other opportunities to engage with the market
- Identify and develop new and creative uses for our existing product lines
- Observe and report on trending market factors that affect our business including pricing, competitor initiatives, and future direction of the industry
- Report to management regarding sales quotas and opportunities
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma required in a relevant field of study
- Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with strong emphasis on rapport building and the ability to overcome customer resistance
- Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, ERP)
- Prior agricultural industry experience an asset
- Must be willing to travel
